Terms of Use
These terms apply when you browse this website or place an order with Lykeyaa ("Lykeyaa", "we"), Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India. By placing an order you accept these terms, our Returns & Refunds policy and our Cancellation Policy.
Who can order
You can order without creating an account. You must give a real name, a delivery address in an area we serve, and a phone number that is on WhatsApp and that you can access.
Where we deliver
We deliver only to the Srinagar pincodes listed as serviceable when you check your pincode on the site. See Shipping & Delivery.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Payment is cash on delivery only: you pay the delivery person when your order arrives.
To keep cash on delivery available for everyone, we may limit the value of an order and the number of orders a phone number can have waiting for delivery at the same time. Checkout tells you if a limit applies.
How an order is accepted
Placing an order is an offer to buy. After you place it, we send a WhatsApp message with a confirmation link. The order is accepted only when you confirm it with that link. If it is not confirmed within 24 hours, it is cancelled automatically.
We may also cancel an order before dispatch, for example if an item is out of stock, if a price was shown wrongly, or if we believe the order is not genuine. We tell you if we do.
Products
We try to show colours and details accurately, but screens differ and small variations are possible. Sizes follow the size information shown on each product.
Refusing an order at the door
Refusing a confirmed order at delivery costs us a wasted trip. If orders from a phone number are refused repeatedly, we may stop offering cash on delivery to that number.
Using this website
Please do not misuse the site, for example by placing orders you do not intend to accept, trying to get around security checks, or copying our content for commercial use without permission.
Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law that cannot be excluded.
Complaints and disputes
If something goes wrong, contact us first using the details on our Contact & Grievances page. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Srinagar have jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one in force when you placed it.
